Refund policy for the Swap Shop tables: No refunds after April 1, 2024. If due to a natural or national disaster causing a total cancellation of the 2024 Northwest Model Hobby Expo, Swift Services, LLC. will procure an appropriate venue and date and apply the collected funds to the new show date. If it is impossible for a payee to attend the Expo on the emergency date, Swift Services, LLC will apply said collected funds towards the Event in the following year.
