Refund policy for Vendor reservations: No refunds after February 1, 2012. If due to a Natural or National disaster causing a total cancellation of the 2012 Northwest Model Hobby Expo, Imminent Events Eh Inc. will procure an appropriate venue and date and apply the collected funds to the new show date. If it is impossible for a payee to attend the Expo on the Emergency date, Imminent Events will apply said collected funds towards the Event in the following year.
Refund policy for General Admission tickets: If due to a Natural or National disaster causing a total cancellation of the 2012 Northwest Model Hobby Expo, General Admission ticket holders will be offered an admission pass at the new date and place by simply exchanging their original pass.
