SWAP SHOP – A Bargain Hunter’s Dream
The NW Model Hobby Expo Swap Shop Section is intended for hobbyists to sell or trade items of their choice. It is not intended for hobby retailers or dealers to sell or promote their products. If a hobby retailer/dealer wishes to market or promote their products they may do so in the Vendor Section. Each swap shop table includes one table, two chairs and one 3 day admission pass to the event.
We have more swap table space than ever before.Tables will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

This year (2016) we have more swap tables available only in the Commercial Building.
You can pay using your credit card via PayPal, or mailing in a check along with your completed Swap Shop Registration Form.

You can purchase additional tickets using your credit card through PayPal.
Additional Tickets will be available at the event or online using PayPal link until January 23, 2017.

Refund policy for the Swap Shop tables: No refunds after 1/25/16. If due to a Natural or National disaster causing a total cancellation of the 2016 Northwest Model Hobby Expo, Swift Service, LLC. will procure an appropriate venue and date and apply the collected funds to the new show date. If it is impossible for a payee to attend the Expo on the Emergency date, Swift Services, LLC will apply said collected funds towards the Event in the following year.
